Methods: This study was conducted as a survey from November 31, 2014 to February 23, 2015 with some foreigners residing in Korea. The subjects of this study were 121 foreign residents in Korea. For questioning items, structured questionnaire was used. It was composed of 23 questions.

Results: Among respondents, the more the age of low satisfaction, the lower were satisfied. This is the very reason that older patients have higher level of expectation for service than younger patients do. Satisfaction measurement for reservation & payment process was the highest in respondents who had stayed in Korea for 5 years (3.66%) and in respondents who had health insurance. It was found that scheduling appointment and making a payment were the main factors affecting patients to revisit followed by satisfaction rating the facilities.
